Orders

Our orders are processed in AUD, but you can switch to USD currency by using the toggle located in the bottom left-hand corner to see the equivalent order costs.

Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please use this to track the transit and see the status of your order.

Unfortunately, once an order is placed, it cannot be amended or canceled. Please review your order carefully before confirming.

Regrettably, you cannot amend contact and shipping information after placing an order. Please double-check this information during the order process.

If you are unable to locate your package, we recommend taking the following steps:

Firstly, get in touch with the transportation company to request a Proof of Delivery. Additionally, consider asking your neighbours or housemates if they have accepted the package on your behalf.

We always advise our customers to sign for the delivery of their package for added security.

Currently, we ship from South Australia, Australia. However, we are actively working on expanding our shipping operations to the United States to better serve a broader customer base interested in our products.
